About returns and refunds

Returns will only be accepted for items that meet the conditions within 14 days of receiving the item.
The condition is as follows:
If you apply for a return to us within the return period, we will process the return/exchange if the conditions are met. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.
Return Procedures
To return a product, please email customer@akarijapan.com with your name, address, order number, and the product you wish to return.
Please note: Do not use online chat or customer service phone numbers to request a return. Due to our internal privacy policy, our representatives are not authorized to access your personal information and therefore cannot answer questions regarding returns.
Once we receive your written request, we will respond with detailed instructions for returning the product.
Once you receive your returned product, please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and received by our accounting department. During peak seasons, the processing volume is higher than usual and processing times may take extra time. Once your return has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the item is returned by the consumer, the shipping fee will be borne by the consumer. Specific charges may vary based on the carrier used.
If the product you receive is damaged or soiled due to our reasons, we will bear the shipping costs.
Sale Items
All sales, discounts, or processed items are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Cash refunds are not supported. Thank you for your understanding.
